Pregnancy Loves

It's Crazy to think that im 24 weeks already...What? Where have the past 6 months gone!

First off..We are having a GiRl!!
I was honestly Shocked, I really thought it was going to be a boy.  Boys are more domanate on mine and Kurts side.  But we sure showed that tradition whats up.  We found out Early (17 weeks) because Kurt was going to be gone, for work, by the time I had my 20 week apt. So we went to the mall place and got to see your sweet girl!  I'm so glade that we did it early.  I couldnt have imagined Kurt not being there, it was such a special moment for us!

That Night we wanted to tell Kurts family a "fun" way.
We bought pink cookies, put them in a box and made them guess before they opened it.  Kurts mom was the only one that guessed Girl.

These are some of the Foods i've been loving on so far.  Its crazy how your body, appitate, mind, attitude and cravings change daily.

Chocolate Milk

Up untill a 2 weeks ago I wanted this like 5 times a day.  One night I asked Kurt to make me some, he said we didnt have any chocolate sause.  and I said Make it happen...he brought me a glass of milk with a mini chocolate bar flooting in it. haha.

Ramen Noodles
I havent eaten Ramen Noodles since I was a starving student, but I couldnt eat enough of it.  The Cremy Chicken was my Favorite.  Wich I thought was kind of weird b/c I cant stand the sight, thought or smell of Chicken!

Mac and Cheese
This was mostly in the start when nothing on earth sounded good.  But I loved me some Easy Mac and Shells and Cheese!

Cherry Coke

This wasnt untill my second Trimesnter.  I prefer it from a bottle, just somethin about it tastes better!

Cauilflower and Ranch

Most any raw veggies, but Cauilflower is usally the go to.  Oh it has to be Hidden Valley Ranch!

Cheese Burgers and Fries

I've been all about the Red Meat!  and there was something about the fries that helped settle my stoumch.  JCW and In and Out are probably my favs!  Im so supprised I havent gained like 100lbs alrady!

Salt

I usally dont like salty foods, but my whole pregnancy I have loved anything salty!

These are some Things that I have been loving

The Body Shop- Vitamin E Body Butter

Oh this is so creamy, highdrating and smells so yummy.  I put it on my belly like 2 times a day!

Jenny McCarthy's Belly Laughs

This book is great! I read it in like a week, and she truley tells you the truth about pregnancy, stuff nobody else has the nerve to tell you.

Belly Bands

I totaly thought this would be a waste of money...ya totaly worth it!  It made my regulare pants last way longer, even past the rubberband point.

 Some more Belly Pictures

Oh and I cant forget that the cute girls at my salon through me a baby shower just before I left to come be with Kurt for the Summer.  They are all such Amazing friends and got me my dream Timi and Leslie Diaper Bag!  I love it so much and cant wait to use it! Thanks again Ladies.  I still have to registare for all the other baby goods still, not gonna lie I feel a lot overwhelmed by this task.

happenings...

I was going to do a few short post about some activities that have happened, but I'm so behind that I'll just put them all together.

January

Kurt got us tickets to Brian Regan for Christmas, seriously he is so funny!

It never gets old listing to him, and his facial expressions are the best! Some of my Favorite jokes are:
-Hooked on Phonix
- Eye Dr.
-Pop Tarts

March

On the 19th is was our 2nd anniversary.  We kept it pretty low key, we got a Couples Massage at my salon/spa BrickHouse Retreat. Then we went to Dinner at Texas Road House.  So yummy!  I've loved red meat sense being pregnant.  Neither of us had to work and it was so nice just to spend the whole day together!  I feel so truly blessed to have Kurt as my husband for eternity!

On a beautiful Saturday afternoon, Kurt and I both had the day off.  That doesn't happen very often.  So he decided to help me with some crafts since I can't be around the painting fumes.

these were just wood before

 Chalk Board- After
Before
I love that he helps me with these types of things!

April

The weekend before Kurt left for the summer, we went to a Salt Lake Real Soccer Game with Kurt's family. Kurt got a discount on the tickets b/c he volunteers at the Utah Humane Society and they donated $5 dollars per ticket purchase to the UHS. So we didn't want to pass up the chance, and we had Awesome Seats! It was the First RSL game that Kurt and I have been to, usually their season starts after he leaves for the summer for work. I cant wait to go to another!

On the 29th  Nick and  Baylee had their precious baby boy!! Barrett Nicholas Birdsall.
Baylee is such a trooper she labored for 24 hrs and then had a C-section.  He has the cutest face and looks so much like Nick! My mom drove down from Vegas for a day, it was nice to see her even if it was for only a day. :)

Now I feel caught up, expect for a post on our Baby Girl ....coming soon

Kenzie and Nick Tie the Knot

The weekend after the cruise we headed to Vegas for McKenzies wedding.  We got there late Thursday night and I barely missed a High School Girls dinner. :(  Friday was the rehearsal dinner and they had it catered by Cafe Rio!! so yummy!! Kenzie's Dad gave a very sweet speech and I got to catch up with some friends that I haven't seen a very long time! Saturday it was wedding time! The sealing was beautiful, Kenzie and Nick looked so happy and in love! The reception was that night in the Christensen's backyard and it was so beautifully decorated.  The weather, the bride and groom and spending time with Kurt were all perfect!  It was a short and sweet weekend in vegas!

Mexican Cruise

At the end of February we went on a cruise with Kurt's company AMP.
We went to Puerto Vallarta and Cabo San Lucas.
It was an amazing week soaking up the sun, relaxing, eating and playing games with friends

Fancy Night

Puerto Vallarta

We didn't do to much in PV, just walked around down town, shopped, and ate the most delicious tacos!

Cabo San Lucas

We had two days in Cabo.
The first day we rode wave runners, relaxed on the beach, ate and did more shopping.
The second day we went to Lovers Cove and Kurt did some snorkeling
and I read my book. As we were leaving the cove we saw a HUGE
Jelly Fish!  I'm just happy Kurt didn't get stung.

After Cabo we had a 2 1/2 day ride back to LA, I'm not gonna lie those days I felt
so sick! Part of it was pregnancy and the other part was the Boat!
It was so Wavy and Choppy! I tried to enjoy the last few days of freedom with Kurt!
Our Anniversary is in March so this was partly an Anniversary gift to ourselves!
We had so much fun being with each other, hanging out with Friends and making new ones!
I'm a little sad that I didn't get more pictures, but when you feel sick and chubby in
your Swim gear..that was the last thing I wanted  :)
