I sure most of you know or have figured out by this point .... But we are no longer in the Summer Sales Business!!
Kurt's first Summer was 2004. He installed for his first 2 years and then became a Lead (manger) Tech. My first Summer was 2008 and I had way to much fun and because of that summer, I met Kurt! We endured one summer of traveling long distance while we dated. I was in TX working and he was in Seattle .
The Next summer we were newly weds and started the Summer in San Diego and ended it in Portland.
Summer 2011 we spent a lot of it apart from each other. Kurt was in Indianapolis and I was in Utah working on my hair career. I went out and visted him for 6 weeks, it was aweful being apart for that long!
Last Summer was spent in Charlotte, NC. I put my hair career on hold when I got pregnant, so I was able to spend more time in Charlotte. I still got home 2 weeks before Kurt ( I had to fly home before I was way to big and pregnant) and it was the most horrific flight I have ever taken! I dont think I ever fly that far along again!
After we had Zo baby we weren't really excited about moving and traveling for the summer, we had an awful experience while we were in Charlotte. It pushed Kurt to look for another job, last November he started working for a new Company that is based here in Utah! He is a technician for Security 101. He installs video serveillence and access control. It's a little different than Home security and the money hasn't been as good, BUT we didn't have to move or deal with shady people. His boss is amazing and treats him so good. Of course we are hoping with time he can move up in the company and this will be a permanent career for him.
In the three and half years that we have been married we have moved 7 times! Its been a great year enjoying time with our lil' nug and not having to worry about moving! Good Bye Summer Sales! Never say never, but I hope to never return. It was fun traveling, exploring and seeing new places but for now I'm happy in Utah with my little Family.
