Stay-cation in Park City

So I'm way behind on Blogging! But I have a few days off so I'm going to try to catch up.
Kurt and I went to Park City the first weekend in October.  He had just gotten home from Indy and we hadn't seen each other in 8 weeks.  I wanted to Surprise him with an getaway, so I booked us two nights at Waldorf Astoria.  It was so amazing our room, the pool, and the service were all perfect.

Kurt planned a few surprises for me too.  The first was dinner at Zoom (Robert Redford's Restaurant) our first night.  I had the Ribs and they were so delicious.  Worth every Penny!

The Second surprise he had for me was seeing ODT's Thriller.  If you haven't seen it you are missing out!  If you dont know what it is: its a Halloween themed Dance show. There were these Zombies that walked around scarying people before the show...and if you know me I hate to be scared!  The show was so amazing, even Kurt liked it.  And it was at the Egyptian Theater in down town Park City, which was cool to see.

We also went to the Alpine Slides, neither of us had been before. The weather was beautful and I loved looking at all the Fall colors.  We rode the Slide and the Coaster, the Coaster was a lot more fun.

On our way home we decided to drive through the Alpine loop.  I love doing that in the Fall time. Fall is my favorite season.  It makes the winters bareable.  All in all it was a fabulous weekend, we need to treat ourselves to more staycations!
